I am practiced in various therapeutic approaches designed to support those faced with significant life transitions such as adulting, quarter-life crises, relationship changes, grief and loss, etc. Therapy looks different for each person that I work with, which is why my eclectic treatment approach may be heavier on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for some, and have a greater focus on mindfulness for others. I have been successful in finding true strengths in every person I’ve worked with in a therapeutic capacity, so the strengths-based approach is incorporated into each treatment plan.
